MTN share n sell service has been available for a long period of time, since it's launch few years back the service has been totally free. But it now seems to be something of the past as MTN has personally messaged me concerning this matter.
beginning from 31st of January, 2017 MTN Share n Sell transfer services will no longer be free. MTN subscribers will start paying transaction fee on any airtime transfer initiated to other MTN subscribers.
MTN sent a message across to subscribers as seen below;
“Dear Customer, please be informed that Share n Sell transactions will attract applicable transfer fee, effective January 31, 2017”
Even if they decide to attach fees to transactions, am sure it won't really cost you something. But anyway MTN will be making millions daily.
