Battery drainage is one of the problems we face daily with our Android smartphone. .
Some apps that run in the background of your phone tends to drain more battery and data than the others and so we must find a way to close down these types of apps since we can't uninstall them due to their usefulness to Us.
Some apps that I know that consume battery are:
• facebook app
• RAM cleaners (eg. Du speed booster)
• snapchat
• instagram
• whatsapp
• BBM
• facebook messenger

Apps listed above are the ones I know that consume battery very well. You may not be able to uninstall these apps as there are Apps you use on a daily basis, so to hibernate them is the only available option, forget RAM cleaners and task stopper apps, they do your phone more harm than good. They may claim to stop running background tasks but the fact is that these apps they close will re launch immediately after the might have closed them, and at the end will also kill your battery very fast.
Now I will show you how to hibernate battery hungry apps using greenify
Search and download geeknify on Google Play Store, install it.
>> open it, do the necessary settings.
>> Make sure your lock screen interval is at at least 5seconds.
>> activate geeknify in accessibility settings
>> disable power button instantly lock in security
>> disable screen pinning in security
After you might have finished doing these, the app should be ready for use.

Just tap on the plus sign on the top right corner and add the apps your want to hibernate. After that click on the green small circle on the bottom of your phone screen.
That should be it. What do you think about it? Drop it via comment box below.
