It is called Duraforce Pro.
It’s IP68-certified (it can survive under water for half an hour, up to 2 meters deep), and meets the Military Standard 810G, thus being protected against various dangers, including shock, vibration, temperature extremes, low pressure, solar radiation, humidity, and icing/freezing rain.

Duraforce Pro is a decent mid-range smartphone. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, sports a 5-inch impact-resistant 1080p display, and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor. Other features include LTE connectivity, fingerprint scanner (embedded in the power button), 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage space, and a pretty generous 3240 mAh battery (with wireless charging support). There's also a 5 MP camera on the front.
Kyocera announced this rugged device called Duraforce Pro yesterday and will be available in the US beginning from next months.
